We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals for a meaningful part‑time opportunity to support others. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and supportive services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with community integration and inclusion.
• Offering guidance to individuals and their support networks.
• Creating meaningful participation opportunities in community activities.
• Ensuring the health, safety, and overall well‑being of individuals in our residential setting through proper supervision and support.

This part‑time position requires an expectation to work 25 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 5 PM.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, MVD report, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to prepare required paperwork to support and document activities within contractually required timelines.
• Ability to type and demonstrate working knowledge/familiarity with computers and electronic clinical record keeping.
• Ability to successfully complete certifications and trainings for First Aid, CPR, Article 9, Medication, and Prevention/Support, Direct Care Worker, and any other required training. Agency‑provided training will be available if you do not possess these qualifications.
• Capable of operating independently with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated skills to ensure respectful communication with participants and coworkers.
• Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check along with Central Registry Clearance.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and maintain a varied schedule each week.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Sign Language.
• Prior experience in habilitation or rehabilitation.
• Two years of experience in a person‑centered community integration program assisting persons with developmental and/or psychiatric disabilities.
• Two years of experience in habilitation or rehabilitative assistance to persons with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.
• Very strong interpersonal skills.

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour.
