IMS is currently seeking a full-time, APP Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care department in Payson.

• Provide patient services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling/education, family planning, and well women exams
• Order and interpret patient care tests, treatments and exams
• Manage prescription needs and provide guidance on chronic pain, general health education, and coordination of care

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program and passage of a board-approved certifying exam
• Must possess a license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona

• One year of experience in Primary Care is required
