The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling all of the following requirements:
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
- Perform store-specific measurements.
- Perform accurate cycle counts.
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
- Hang store signage.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
- Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate the customer. - Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
- Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.
- Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
- Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.
- Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
- Shifts vary, typically no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
- Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
- Maintain a safe, productive environment adhering to safety guidelines.
- Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) with adequate lighting and temperature.
- Travel as needed within district.
- Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
- Occasionally lift or reach overhead.
- Frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders.
- Access all store areas safely.
- Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
- Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Handle contact with birds/poultry.
- Complete all required training successfully.
- Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, balers, computers, and registers (forklift/baler if 18+).
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Drive a vehicle.
- Stand, walk, reach overhead, and transfer merchandise throughout the store.
- Maintain physical and mental stamina for store movement.
