Tractor Technician; GOPA

Overview

GO AZ Motorcycles in Payson is growing and busy, and we’re looking for an experienced Tractor Technician to join our team.

At GO AZ Motorcycles, we recognize that knowledgeable, efficient, and professional technicians are the backbone of our Service Department. Our customers’ safety and satisfaction depend on the quality of our work, and we take pride in employing highly trained, skilled technicians in our shop.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, recondition, and service KIOTI tractors and related equipment in a shop environment
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and power train system malfunctions and failures
• Identify and evaluate root-cause failures using electronic diagnostic tools, schematics, and proven troubleshooting methods
• Accurately document findings, repairs, and recommendations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, associates, and management regarding equipment condition, machine status, and recommended repairs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a tractor or heavy equipment technician preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills with electrical, hydraulic, and power train systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and service documentation
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail
• Pride in workmanship and ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
