You’ll earn 55-60.5 CPM with mileage bonus, plus a $500 transition bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Detention, layover, and extra stop pay add to your mileage earnings. The company offers medical/dental/vision after 90 days, a 401(k) match up to 6%, plus paid orientation and paid vacation.
