Join our dynamic and fast-growing dance program, focused on developing strong technique, performance skills, and confidence in young dancers. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Dance Instructor to lead our dance classes/teams in styles such as jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and contemporary. This is an exciting opportunity to mentor dedicated dancers, help them reach their full potential, and be part of a program that values excellence, creativity, and community spirit.

• As the Part-Time Competitive Dance Instructor, create and execute class plans and choreograph routines for competitions.
• Prepare dancers for performances throughout the season and work closely with them to develop strong technique, stage presence, and teamwork.
• Foster a positive and focused team environment; provide mentorship to dancers of varying skill levels.
• Assist with costume planning, music editing, and event coordination as needed.

• Previous experience teaching or coaching dance teams.
• Strong knowledge of dance technique, choreography, and performance preparation in styles such as jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and contemporary.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor dancers of varying skill levels.
• Must pass a background check.

This is a part-time position with no full-time hours available. The instructor will teach on either Tuesdays or Thursdays from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Hours may vary as needed, and the employee may occasionally be asked to work additional shifts or participate in special events outside the regular schedule.

This is an hourly paid position. Pay is for time spent teaching the classes and for classroom set-up and take down. $14.00 - $20.00 (Depending on experience)
