Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Therapist at our Payson and Provo Clinics, where you'll work onsite in a supportive, team-based environment rooted in empathy, innovation, and community care. As a local government agency, we're committed to providing accessible mental health services to everyone in our community. This position is compensated through a performance-based incentive model, offering opportunities across both inpatient and outpatient programs and serving a diverse client population from young children to older adults.
We currently have 2 openings in Payson and 1 opening in Provo.
Schedule:
10-25 hours per week, variable hours

What You'll Do as a Therapist- Provide direct and indirect clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy
- Conduct intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and diagnostic interviews
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans
- Maintain a personal caseload and complete required clinical documentation
- Participate in family team meetings and assist with discharge and aftercare planning
- Coordinate care with parents, courts, state agencies, hospitals, law enforcement, and community partners
- Screen and evaluate referrals to ensure appropriate placement and continuity of care
- Provide consultation, training, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
- Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
- Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
- Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
- Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.
