Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Achieving Abilities. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with autism and/or behavioral challenges to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support to clients and their families.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Provide support to clients and their families in implementing behavior strategies
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify behavior intervention plans
• Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and/or community settings
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
