Join Solis Mammography as a Patient Service Representative and help ensure every patient receives compassionate, high‑touch care at our leading breast health centre.
Location & Hours15 South 1000 East, Suite 150, Payson, UT 84651
Full‑time, Monday‑Thursday, 7:00 am‑5:00 pm (40 hours weekly)
Act as the first point of contact for patients by greeting, gathering information, registering and posting payments. Maintain the flow of the centre and impact the profitability of Solis Mammography.
- Greet patients professionally and friendly.
- Accurately register patients, input demographic and insurance information into our RIS and verify data accuracy.
- Explain forms to patients and assist with form completion via paper or tablet as necessary.
- Process necessary paperwork by scanning documents that need to be linked to the patient’s medical record and maintain confidentiality.
- Collect patient payments, including explaining benefits and verifying insurance when necessary.
- Prepare paperwork for future appointments and any additional paperwork needed for specific exams or payors.
- Ensure all diagnostic tests have required orders, request them as needed and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Schedule and reschedule patients as necessary.
- Generate a daily invoice journal at the end of each day and reconcile payments using the Daily Reconciliation Report.
- Participate in front‑office training to stay abreast of policy and procedures.
- High School diploma required.
- Two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and medical terminology preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic mathematical calculation ability.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of RIS software preferred.
- Provide services and support for the following areas:
- Promote and demonstrate the Solis Way.
- Greet patients professionally.
- Register patients accurately, including input of demographic and insurance information into RIS.
- Explain forms and assist with completion.
- Process necessary paperwork and maintain confidentiality.
- Collect patient payments and verify insurance benefits.
- Prepare paperwork for future appointments and required orders.
- Schedule and reschedule patients as needed.
- Generate daily invoice journal and reconcile payments.
- Participate in front‑office training.
