Production Management Full Time Direct Payson, UT, US

Salary Range: $15.00 To $17.00 Annually

At PPC Flex, quality is at the center of everything we do. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QC Assistant to help drive product quality, food safety, and continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing operations.

This position is ideal for an experienced quality professional who enjoys working closely with production teams, solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring our products meet customer expectations every day. As a QC Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our quality systems and helping maintain the highest standards of product safety and compliance.

• Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process and tests following established procedures.
• Accurately record inspection and test results.
• Identify and report products, materials, or processes that do not meet specifications and assist with root cause analysis.
• Use basic measuring and inspection equipment.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and documentation procedures.
• Support the production and quality teams in routine activities.
• Generate Certificates of Analysis and maintain quality records
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability throughout the facility
• Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Process customer returns and support rework activities when needed
• Maintain quality hold areas, retain samples, supplier documentation, and laboratory equipment

• Understand the quality check process in each of our production areas
• Basic knowledge of quality control procedures.
• Ability to read PLS and Artwork specifications, and work Instructions.
• Basic proficiency with measuring tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Basic communication and documentation skills.

1 year of previous quality experience or 2 years of work experience as an operator in production.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools is a plus
