Body Repair​/Collision Technician

Payson Autobody & Glass is looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Body Collision Technician to join our high-performance repair team. We’re an always busy, family-owned shop that takes pride in high-quality repairs, modern equipment, and a supportive team environment.

• Perform complete and safe structural & non-structural collision repairs
• Disassemble and blueprint vehicles accurately for proper repair planning
• Replace and repair damaged panels, frames, and components to factory specifications
• Fit and align body panels, doors, bumpers, and trim
• Weld, grind, fill, sand, and prepare surfaces for refinishing
• Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and glass/calibration technicians
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety standards
• Document repairs and communicate progress with production management

• 5+ years of collision repair experience
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle construction, aluminum repair, and ADAS systems
• Proficient with frame measurement and straightening equipment
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

• Full-time
• Competitive pay based on experience and performance (Flat Rate or Hourly)
