Spark Homestead is seeking dynamic and passionate life coaches to work with a diverse group of teenagers, helping them discover their passions and reach their full potential. Coaches will work one‑on‑one, in small groups, and participate side‑by‑side in activities to develop life skills, set and achieve goals, and build confidence and resilience.

Schedule- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm
- Overflow – if a preferred schedule is full, you will receive training, complete a background check, and fill shifts as they become available.
- Sunday rotation – work one Sunday every four weeks, 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor adolescents.
- Assertiveness to learn and continually enhance knowledge of neurodiversity and mental health.
- Good energy and ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Engaging and empathetic character, with tenacity and determination.
- Good problem‑solving, decisiveness, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Develop close, personal, and emotionally supportive relationships with students to coach them in their treatment progression.
- Implement clinical treatment plans as outlined by the Treatment Team.
- Ensure a healthy, comfortable, safe, and caregiving environment is maintained.
- Participate in a wide variety of activities with students, encouraging and supporting skill development (e.g., sports, bike riding, skiing, rock climbing, hiking, swimming).
- Properly use a variety of mediation and intervention techniques to redirect students who need support during escalated moments.
- Transport students to and from off‑campus appointments and activities using company vehicles.
- At least 20 years of age.
- Physical ability to provide interventions, such as safety holds.
- Valid driver’s license and no more than one traffic violation in the past three years.
- Proficient in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.
- Commitment to a smoke‑ and vape‑free workplace.
