Schedule:
Swing – Sunday to Thursday 3:00 pm‑11:30 pm (1 Saturday per month 8:00 am‑4:30 pm)
Warehouse Operations & Logistics Team Members- Pick, package, and ship domestic and international orders.
- Use independent judgment to ensure operations and quality of service are met.
- Collaborate with team members to receive, inventory, and distribute products to meet high‑speed delivery expectations.
- Provide material handling, packaging, and distribution of products.
- Perform inventory control procedures, including monitoring and maintaining optimal storage/inventory efficiency.
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is desired but not required;
Rocky Mountain provides training to build professional experience and capabilities. - Ability to understand, read, and/or comprehend written instructions and directions, including numbers and specifications.
- Must be able to work scheduled hours.
- Be a collaborative team player willing to work with others and independently.
- Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability.
Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk, climb steps and ladders, and move through varying workshop surfaces. You must be able to navigate warehouse areas safely, use hands to handle tools and materials, and perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb and up to 45 lb with assistance if required. You must also be able to read, write, and understand basic English.
