Warehouse Supervisor – Rocky Mountain ATV/MC (Payson, UT)
Join Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, an employee‑owned leader in the power‑sports industry, as a Warehouse Supervisor. You will oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Type: Full‑time
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, shipping and quality control.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Communicate job expectations and coach and mentor employees.
- Manage employee metrics, including performance, productivity, evaluations, and enforce HR policies.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
- Maintain records, run reports, and analyze reports to project and forecast warehouse productivity.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish or adjust work procedures and practices.
- Communicate ideas and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively in a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect.
- 3–10 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
- 2–5 years of leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project‑management, and time‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to multi‑task in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last‑minute changes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Creative problem‑solving ability.
- Great sense of humor.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).
- Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride, and quality.
- Must be able to work scheduled shift hours.
- Collaborative team player who can work independently.

The role requires regular walking, climbing, and the ability to negotiate warehouse work areas safely. Strength to lift and/or move up to 25 lb. and up to 45 lb. with assistance is necessary. Vision: close, peripheral, depth perception, and focus. Basic reading, writing, and English comprehension are required.
