AccountExecutive – Moving & Storage
Job Type: Full-time;
Hybrid
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives.
- Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client requirements.
- Negotiate terms of contracts to secure long-term business contracts.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to close.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics, utilizing CRM to enable trackability and efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ideally 5-7 years of proven success in B2B sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience managing complex projects, ideally within commercial relocation, facilities management, construction, or related fields.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
