Customer Support Specialist – Peabody, MA (onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Service, Customer Success and problem‑solving. It's a plus if you have experience within logistics or transportation industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer inquiries efficiently.

• Serve as the point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with booking, tracking, and resolving issues related to their vehicle shipments.
• Communicate with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation and deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the Hub Spot, Fresh Works, Ring Central and Cargo Tel systems.
• Educate customers on service options, policies, and pricing structures.
• Support escalations and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex cases.

• Experience in a customer support.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, customer support platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of auto transportation logistics and industry regulations is a plus.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A customer‑first mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
