In this exciting yet challenging Visual Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry, while presenting a stage in which to display our products.

In addition to creating the experience, which is Arhaus Furniture, you will be responsible for weekly store transfers and working with management, ensuring that inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels.

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision/self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with other departments and cross-collaborate as needed.
  • Must be open-minded to feedback and new ways of working.
  • Must be comfortable working with a variety of wall finishings including wallpaper and faux finishing.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed including store openings
  • Must be willing to work extended hours as needed.
  • Must be able to move furniture independently around the showroom and must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to operate most building tools and equipment.
  • Must feel comfortable using a ladder for hanging art and chandeliers, placing furniture, and other projects as needed.
  • Must be willing to care for live plants in the showroom including setting floral displays as needed.
  • Preferred experience in creating floor plans.
  • College degree or job experience in a related field (merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design).
