What You’ll Do
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain complex electromechanical and robotic systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, electrical, and mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
  • Support customer systems through preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Collaborate with software and automation engineers to resolve technical challenges
  • Document all service activities accurately in the CRM and communicate updates to customers
  • Build strong relationships with clients through responsive, professional on‑site support
  • Manage and maintain service tools, parts, and field inventory
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–3 years of experience in field service, robotics, automation, or instrumentation
  • Strong troubleshooting and hands‑on technical skills
  • Understanding of electrical systems (DC/AC), pneumatics, and control interfaces (TCP/IP, RS232)
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in confined spaces
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80% domestic, occasional international)
  • Valid driver’s license
