Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living. Flex/Per Diem Position. Our award-winning community is seeking an experienced Registered Dietician to help develop and manage nutritional care programs in the absence of our full-time Clinician. This role requires 1-3 shifts (16 hours) per month and the flexibility to provide coverage during scheduled vacations.

Compensation: $35-$40 /hour commensurate with experience

• Ensure the resident nutritional needs are met and documented to fulfill the requirements of all federal, state, and local regulations
• Plan and monitor Continuing Care Residents' nutritional programs.
• Assist in the supervision of the overall efficiency of the dining room, room service operations, and staff
• Assist in the supervision, evaluation, training, and disciplining of the dining staff
• Provide nutritional in-service education to both staff and residents

• Licensed Dietitian and Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Experience in health care food service management and clinical nutrition preferred
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize clinical and administrative dietetics including issues in persons with terminal illness
• Computer practical understanding (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and ability to learn more programs
• Flexible with schedule; will be required to work weekends and holidays
