Full‑Time | Peabody, MA | Starting rate: $25/hour

Growth opportunity: paid training, advance to Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and other corporate or clinic positions.

$52,000.00/year (base) – actual compensation determined by experience and credentials.

• Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or at our centers.
• Teach daily‑living and social skills using evidence‑based techniques.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
• Collaborate in clinical team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Communicate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and team members to support client needs.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old (21+ if located in New Jersey).
• Availability after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, car insurance for in‑home services.
• Maintain a clean background/drug screening and driving record.
• BT: Attend a 40‑hour paid RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
• RBT: Complete the required paid training program.
