Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Full‑Time | Peabody, MA | Starting rate: $25/hour
Growth opportunity: paid training, advance to Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and other corporate or clinic positions.
Pay Range$52,000.00/year (base) – actual compensation determined by experience and credentials.
What You’ll Do- Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or at our centers.
- Teach daily‑living and social skills using evidence‑based techniques.
- Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
- Collaborate in clinical team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
- Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Communicate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and team members to support client needs.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old (21+ if located in New Jersey).
- Availability after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, car insurance for in‑home services.
- Maintain a clean background/drug screening and driving record.
- BT: Attend a 40‑hour paid RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
- RBT: Complete the required paid training program.
- 21 paid days off (15 PTO, 6 holidays).
