• Assist clients in their homes to remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
• Help with daily routines.
• Provide personal care and hygiene support.
• Prepare simple meals.
• Light housekeeping and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with the Care Co team as needed.

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Compassionate and patient.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to follow care plans and instructions.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to cook simple meals.
• Consistent punctuality and reliability.
• CNA certification is a strong advantage, but not required.
