Overview
Part Time Night Auditor – Springhill Suites by Marriott Boston Peabody, 43 Newbury St. Peabody, MA 01960.
Responsibilities- Guest relations:
Greet guests upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile; use guests’ names when possible. - Ensure cleanliness and organization: maintain spotless cleanliness in all areas and assist with cleaning tasks as needed to support safe, well-organized spaces.
- Product consistency & quality: follow operational checklists accurately and complete handover reports on time.
- Teamwork and communication: maintain clear, honest, and professional communication; collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service.
- Hospitality while cleaning: greet guests warmly while cleaning and handle guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
- Facility knowledge: have strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities; support events and groups as needed.
- Technology & phone etiquette: use relevant hotel technology and answer calls with the approved greeting.
- Adherence to standards: wear a clean, approved uniform with nametag and maintain a professional appearance.
- Shift responsibilities: ensure shift handovers are accurate and timely; assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas as required.
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing field preferred.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn (Can-Do Attitude).
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures; handle pace and pressure in a high-demand environment.
- Strong listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills; customer service oriented.
- Age 18 or older; flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Clock-in/clock-out discipline; ability to manage breaks and notify supervisor for call-outs.
- English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Physical requirements:
ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks and maneuvering in a hospitality setting.
