They are embarking on an exciting journey to build a next‑generation data analytics platform from the ground up, leveraging rich datasets and modern cloud technologies.

Role

The Role

We are seeking a Data Engineer who can wear multiple hats—data modeling, dashboard development, predictive analytics—and help shape the future of data within the organization. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to design and implement solutions that unlock insights and drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new data solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Build and optimize predictive models; integrate with BI tools.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Create and maintain efficient data pipelines; support cloud‑to‑cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide actionable insights.
  • Mentor team members on data handling best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for ethical data use.
Technical Requirements

Must Have:

  • Power BI and SQL Server expertise
  • ETL/ELT tools (SSIS, Informatica, Databricks, Kingsway Soft)

Nice to Have:

  • Snowflake experience
  • Python and ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn)
  • Predictive modeling and advanced analytics
Soft Skills
  • Builder mindset—creative with limited resources.
  • Comfortable in a non‑siloed environment; able to wear multiple hats.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Open to learning financial services domain.
