Clinical Nurse Manager

Overview

Under the general direction of the Director of Nursing, the Clinical Nurse Manager will provide direction and supervision of the nursing staff in relation to the day to day operations. The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for projects to improve operational efficiencies, assures clinical competencies of the nursing staff, fosters optimal patient care and facilitates positive patient experience. The Clinical Nurse Manager may participate in coordinating care for individual patients and provide nursing support as needed.
