Monday through Friday – 6 hours each day. 3 pm–9 pm shift.
Up to $51/hr plus differential and sign‑on bonus for RNs

We are looking for team‑oriented individuals to join our clinical team as a Nurse Supervisor – EVENINGS 3 pm‑9 pm. Alliance Health at Rosewood is a 135‑bed non‑profit skilled nursing care center located in West Peabody MA. As the backbone to our multidisciplinary care approach, you have an opportunity to make a real difference in an elder’s life. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for assisting / overseeing the clinical care of all residents during off‑shift hours.
Other responsibilities include:
- Ensuring optimal customer service on the off‑shift
- Providing on‑spot education of nursing staff and CNAs
- Upholding all regulatory requirements
- Assessing new admissions and completing admission charts
- Strong support and hands‑on training
- Reporting to the DNS / ADNS
- Active MA RN or LPN license
- Long‑Term Care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Skilled Nursing Facility: 1 year (Preferred)
- Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
- RN (Preferred)
- LPN (Preferred)
Location:
West Peabody, MA 01960. In‑person work. 6‑hour shift, Monday through Friday. Part‑time, weekend shifts available.
