- Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well‑being, observing and reporting any changes in condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, including bed making, room tidying, and infection control practices.
- Support nursing staff in delivering treatments, procedures, and documentation as directed, ensuring compliance with facility policies and protocols.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life.
- High school education (required)
- Active, good standing MA CNA license
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and following instructions in English (required)
