• Manage shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to uphold McDonald’s standards, and oversee safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition.
• Help departments meet targets and goals during shifts.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
