Key Responsibilities- Manage shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to uphold McDonald’s standards, and oversee safety, security and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Help departments meet targets and goals during shifts.
