As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide expert product knowledge, demonstrate products, and offer personalized consultations to help customers achieve their beauty goals. You will also maintain a clean, organized sales floor, support store presentation, and meet daily sales targets.

• Begin the day with a clean, organized counter and greet teammates and customers.
• Focus on customer interactions by offering a warm welcome and personalized conversations.
• Maintain the sales space, refresh signage, and perform merchandise moves as needed.
• Share loyalty program benefits and conclude each interaction with a sincere thank‑you.
• Support coworkers through collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to understand policies.
• Passionate about building relationships and delivering personalized beauty experiences.
• Skilled in point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions.
• Ability to meet and surpass daily sales goals.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.

• Require regular talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting up to 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Requires clear vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers, handheld devices, and a cash register.
