The Team Member (TM) supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes. They help maintain an active selling culture by ensuring all processes adhere to documented company standards designed to drive sales.

• The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
• The TM contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service.
• The Team Member performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience.
• The Team Member unloads, processes, and stocks freight within the correct location following all store merchandising guidelines.
• TM performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building.
• The TM completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• The TM actively contributes to customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention to ensure the store operates effectively and profitably.
• All other duties are based on business needs.

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and comprehension.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs.
• Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior. Committed to doing the right thing for the team, customers, and the company.
