Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic minded, pop culture driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love.

You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, with product knowledge, customer experience skills, and engagement.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
• Work the register to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Let your voice be heard—communicate fashion trend information to management and respective HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to ensure there’s no misuse of spells and wizardry around theft.
• Support the maintenance of the stock room and keep the store tidy.
• Team-oriented: communicate and collaborate with others to get the job done.
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous experience working in a retail environment. If you’re passionate about philanthropy and all things pop culture, you're in the right place!
• Strong customer service and selling abilities.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to join the fandom force.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• The usual retail capabilities: able to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved store equipment, and pack and unpack boxes of merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $15 - $15.50 per hour.

Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but other factors such as education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements for the role, training and experience, will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
