Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives.
• Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client requirements.
• Negotiate terms of contracts to secure long‑term business contracts.
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics, utilizing CRM.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven success in B2B sales.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven, proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience managing complex projects, ideally within commercial relocation, facilities management, construction, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
