This full‑time, salaried position is hybrid, based in Peabody, MA. As an Imaging Programmer you will be responsible for the programming and submission of laser print jobs to print production, ensuring all personalization and postal specifications are met.
Base pay range$67,000.00/yr – $72,000.00/yr
Your impact- Format client‑approved copy with Quadient / GMC Software.
- Program logic (code) into existing software to achieve needed personalization for unique job applications.
- Test programming on actual forms to ensure personalization and postal specifications are met; create electronic samples via Adobe for review.
- Submit jobs to print (converting and spooling).
- QC spooled files to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain print queue and delete completed jobs.
- Maintain Imaging project updates in Workfront software.
- Must be detail‑oriented and thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with time‑sensitive projects.
- Experience in USPS processing, address standardization, and NCOA.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable learning new skills, e.g., AFP software.
- PC proficient, able to work at a CRT for extended periods.
- Overtime may be required during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills.
