POSITION SUMMARY

One Water Marine is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of boats products, and supporting various operations related to our marine industry services. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties

Safely transports and moves boats and equipment as assigned, using forklift as needed

Follows all safety and compliance regulations

Maintains company vehicle in proper condition, upkeep of logs/mileage/fluid changes

Clearly communicates to management the schedule and timing of all assignments

Completes all other tasks as requested by management

Reports any damages or concerns about the boats or equipment to management

Other duties as requested

• Ability to make independent decisions
• Demonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed
• Promotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boat
• Preserves the professional image of the company while traveling

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Experience operating larger vehicles and transporting big equipment
• Authorization to work in the US
• Clean MVR
• Pass drug screening and background check
