Job Description
The HR Benefits Manager is responsible for managing the benefit program, vendor relationships, plan design, and HRIS benefit administration. The role provides expertise and strategic insight to senior leadership on employee benefit programs, administers daily operations, and ensures cost-effective benefits administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Benefit Administration within a private organization.
- Extensive experience negotiating vendor terms and rates.
- Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is preferred.
