We are seeking a detail‑driven Senior Accountant to support our corporate accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex accounting issues, and is eager to take ownership of critical accounting processes. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the general ledger, supporting audits, enhancing internal controls, and driving continuous improvement across the finance function.

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy of asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements, supporting schedules, and management reports.
• Assist with quarterly reviews and year‑end audits by preparing documentation and liaising with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies while maintaining strong internal control practices.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for leadership.
• Perform cash reconciliations, expense review, and support payment processing when needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve accounting issues and improve the accuracy of financial data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing best practices to streamline accounting operations.
• Participate in special projects, accounting research, and ad hoc reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA‑track preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate, multi‑entity, or audited environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Net Suite, Workiva, Quick Books, ERPs) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
