Join Our Team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant!

Location:

Peachtree Corners, GA

Schedule:

In-office, 20 hours per week (Mon‑Thurs)
Pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience

As our Motorcoach Management Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From scheduling and managing onboarding/offboarding processes to maintaining fleet documentation and supporting financial tracking, you’ll be an essential part of our Motorcoach Management team. You’ll also assist our Coach Operators and Logistics team, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence and luxury service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach Logistics & Owner Relations
  • Serve as the primary contact for Coach Owners to schedule coach pick-ups, drop-offs, cleaning, and stocking.
  • Manage the full administrative process for onboarding and offboarding Coach Owners, including documentation and system updates when a coach enters the fleet.
  • Audit the coaches twice a year to ensure all documents are updated and collected.
  • Assist with the preparation, distribution, and renewal of Coach Owner contracts.
  • Manage Canadian travel paperwork and ensure compliance with cross-border requirements.
  • Track coach damage reports.
  • Assist with event budget management.
  • Support financial reconciliation across Maintenance, Logistics, and Management teams.
  • Purchase and manage insurance for rentals, including deactivation post-trip.
Operator Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate second-round interviews for coach operators.
  • Collect and organize onboarding materials (bios, licenses, shirt sizes, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support for operator training and onboarding.
Logistics Team Support
  • Review and audit technical support call logs.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team.
  • Update Motorcoach Owner usage in Hub Spot as needed.
