POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in executing client recommendations throughout the planning process. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in finance by maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process applications and manage account paperwork efficiently.
  • Facilitate investment account and insurance policy creation, learning industry standards.
  • Resolve complex client service issues and process service requests with a proactive mindset.
  • Prepare proposals and materials for client meetings, showcasing your analytical skills.
  • Manage technology use across all systems, embracing digital tools and innovations.
  • Maintain accurate client correspondence and compliant records, supporting our rigorous standards.
  • Engage in cross‑training with department roles, broadening your understanding and skill set.
