Civil Engineer IV

About the Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in our Peachtree Corners or Atlanta offices. The ideal candidate possesses 6-10 years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will lead site development design and permitting for industrial clients across the United States.

Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter.

• PE license preferred
• 6+ years of related experience
• Experience with industrial projects preferred.
• Proficient with relevant software such as AutoCAD Civil3D, MS Office, MS Project, and other software programs applicable to job type
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
• Experience managing staff of junior engineers and designers preferred.
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Civil Engineer IV with a salary range of $99,400.00 - $.

Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.
