Associate Controls Engineer

The Associate Controls Engineer will assist in the commissioning of automated sortation systems. This position is focused on implementing site-based controls for new equipment within new or existing customer facilities. This position will work under the direct supervision of Sr Controls Engineers ensuring drawings and software are completed, installed, commissioned, validated, and documented as required.

Equivalent work experience will also be considered as a substitute for education.

Experience with Microsoft 365 - Office Apps.

** Ability to collaborate and Ability to take direction from Sr. Level Controls Engineers to support the project and ensure all aspects of project goals are achieved.

This job operates primarily at remote customer sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.

When traveling the job environment shifts to a site-based, typically industrial. When traveling this role routinely uses appropriate PPE, electrical diagnostic tools, electrical implementation tools, laptops, and networking equipment.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Ability to navigate safely over and around warehouse automation equipment.
* Physical stamina may be required for prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and/or working in cramped quarters.
* Exposure to potentially dangerous tools and equipment amidst a variety of building materials is probable, as is occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts.
* The noise level in the work environment can vary from being relatively quiet, to moderate, to excessive.

The base salary range for this role is $64,200 to $96,300. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.

Employees may be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by their supervisor.
