Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and driven Electrical Engineer to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will excel in designing, developing, testing, and overseeing the production and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems. This position demands a robust understanding of electrical engineering principles, exceptional problem‑solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a dynamic team setting.
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct detailed electrical design analysis and calculations.
- Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for electrical systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into final project design.
- Monitor installation of designed equipment/systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety codes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Advise clients regarding electrical systems/requirements available to meet their needs and comply with safety codes.
- Evaluate deliverables and make recommendations for qualified resource needs.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design process.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in building‑related design projects.
Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical equipment design, ANSI, and IEEE Standards.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real‑world challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
