We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager focused on civil site design projects within our Mission Critical Program Team. The position can be located in the Nashville, Knoxville, Memphis, Atlanta, or Gwinnett offices.

• Work with Mission Critical Program leadership and under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) to learn and implement proper PM procedures for programmatic data center work.
• Support PM in providing technical leadership on civil-site data center projects, including preparation of grading, drainage, site layout, utility, erosion control plans, and permit documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on proposals to determine time, cost, and processes for accomplishing project deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish Project Management Plans and assemble project teams.
• Execute activities to ensure that project goals are accomplished within defined time and budget in a technically sound manner.
• Review reports and findings; make recommendations for project modifications as needed.
• Prepare reports for management, clients, subcontractors, or other stakeholders.
• Act as liaison, build relationships with clients, and participate in client meetings and lead internal project meetings.
• Occasionally visit job sites for construction observation duties.
• Support PM and team in managing construction administration activities, including responses for RFIs, submittals, pricing requests, change directives, supplemental instructions, addendums, bulletins, etc.
• Support contract issuance and invoicing efforts.
• Adapt quickly and effectively to project issues that arise.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• Minimum of 6 years of engineering experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience with civil site design, permitting, and applicable software applications including hydrology modeling programs and storm drainage programs preferred.
