Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Location: North Metro Atlanta |
Reports to: CFO
Base pay range
$/yr - $/yr
Are you a data‑driven problem solver with a passion for financial strategy? We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our team and help drive smarter decision‑making across the organization.
Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts
- Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with operations to uncover cost‑saving opportunities
- Support strategic planning with clear, data‑backed recommendations
- Optimize financial processes and reporting tools
- 5+ years in FP&A, financial modeling, and analysis
- Strong Excel and Monarch skills
- Experience with manufacturing operations and GAAP compliance
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA/CMA or public accounting experience a plus
