Base pay range
$23.00/hr - $34.00/hr
Full‑or‑part‑time hair stylist at a high‑volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base. We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. We aim to provide the highest "effective wage" in the market – base wage plus productivity, product commissions, and tips. The average effective wage of our staff last week was $32.06/hr, and no employee earns less than $20/hr in total.
Free shears for interviewees ($199 MSRP).
$300 signing bonus.
Ongoing training, including virtual and hands‑on sessions.
Responsibilities- Consult with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
- Listen to clients' needs to determine preferences.
- Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
- Shampoo, cut, and style hair.
- Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
- Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow‑dryers is helpful.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset and a good eye for design.
