Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service? We’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team and lead our front office in a vibrant, guest-focused environment! As a key leader at the front desk, you’ll help guide the team, ensure smooth daily operations, and support a warm and professional guest experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and support front desk agents during daily operations, ensuring service standards and procedures are consistently followed.
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, care, and quick problem‑solving.
- Oversee check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and billing accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor front desk workflow, staffing levels, and daily reports to support efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment while modeling excellent customer service.

- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
- High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required
- Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
- Additional language ability preferred
- CPR and first aid training preferred
