Brightree, a wholly owned subsidiary of Res Med, is a cloud‑based patient management software company that provides tools to improve health outcomes. The Professional Services Consultant will drive successful deployments of our Brightree ReSupply products, working with new and existing customers on software implementation projects and providing onsite and remote operational workflow assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the successful implementation of the ReSupply Connect product to new and existing Brightree customers, including consulting, system configuration, training, and training materials development.
  • Provide remote or onsite implementation and training services related to Brightree ReSupply Connect implementations.
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve basic and complex customer questions or problems on site, over the telephone, or through electronic communication.
  • Drive working sessions with customers to understand and document business and technical requirements for ReSupply Connect functionality.
  • Provide status updates to management using standard reporting tools.
  • Manage customer escalations through appropriate Brightree channels.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and document software issues reported by customers on‑site and remotely.
  • Track and report product defects to Support for appropriate resolution.
  • Successfully transition live customers to the standard support process and provide feedback to Product Management and Development regarding product enhancements.
  • Travel domestically up to 25 % of the time.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience and knowledge of the ReSupply Connect product.
  • Minimum of 4 years of consulting/implementation experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of healthcare implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of software implementations, system workflows, and implementation best practices.
  • Experience with implementation methodologies and user‑experience testing.
  • Strong listening and analytical skills to support change management and best‑practice implementation.
  • Effective communication skills over the phone and in person.
  • Experience developing training materials and product reference documentation for healthcare software.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and drive project results.
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles evidenced by high levels of consulting service delivery.
  • Understanding of SaaS web‑based technologies and applications.
  • Experience implementing and/or training on Brightree applications.
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications and performance criteria.
  • Quick learner, self‑directed, motivated, with strong dedication to tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative, project‑oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional consultative and communication skills with keen attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and drive change.
  • Process analysis and improvement skills with demonstrated business benefits.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams to achieve milestones while communicating effectively with client leadership.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Project, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Smartsheet.
  • Creative and innovative problem‑solver.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical judgment and problem‑solving techniques.
