Technical Support Specialist

Pay: $25–$27 per hour

• Training:
  Monday–Friday
• Regular: 4 days onsite per week (between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, exact schedule TBD)

• Resolve technical issues for software, hardware, and web‑based solutions
• Maintain expertise on company products and solutions
• Support customers via calls and emails
• Document bugs and trends for process improvement
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Contract to hire position based out of Peachtree Corners, GA.

Pay range: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour.
