What You’ll Do- 10+ years in a product development organization defining and delivering enterprise-class software
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with healthcare IT audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure Dev Ops
- Understanding of core cloud concepts such as SaaS, APIs, Dev Ops/SRE, AI/ML
- Experience with product vision, roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and product operations
- Ability to build trust with cross-functional teams like Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Support, Finance, and Marketing
- Passionate about delivering quality solutions
- Willingness to travel 5-10% as needed
- Influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Knowledge of Home Medical Equipment
- Experience with workflow automation technologies
At Res Med, compensation is not typically set at the top of the range and depends on various factors. The estimated current base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $186,000 USD.
