Content Claims Specialist - Field - Level I

• Conduct physical inventories of contents impacted by covered losses and apply appropriate methodologies
• Ensure quality and timely processing of claims in line with company standards
• Manage claim load independently to achieve timely closures of all claims
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the company's claims system

• Secondary (High School) Diploma; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 months relevant work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

• Experience in restoration, roofing, customer service, or retail
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently in challenging situations
