Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (English–Spanish) Immigration Case Manager to join our growing immigration team. This role is essential in managing active immigration cases, ensuring filings are accurate and timely, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned immigration cases and track progress at each stage.
- Communicate directly with clients in English and Spanish to gather documents, answer basic case-related questions, and provide status updates.
- Prepare and file immigration applications and supporting documents, including AOS, Asylum, N400, I-765, and others.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, deadlines, and filing requirements.
- Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., USCIS, NVC, EOIR) on case inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update case management systems and digital files; experience with legal software such as Clio is a plus.
- Assist attorneys in preparing case packets, exhibits, and filings for submission.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
- 2–4 years of experience in immigration law (family-based and/or removal defense preferred; business immigration experience is a plus).
- Bilingual:
English and Spanish (required) – written and spoken. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with technology, case management software, and digital file management.
- Salary: $48,000–$58,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
