Warehouse SupervisorFPC of Wake Forest is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations for a client known for engineering and manufacturing highly customized, high‑quality products.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership for warehouse operations
- Develop performance goals and objectives to ensure accuracy and quality
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators and execute countermeasures as needed
- Build and execute productivity plans
- Drive inventory/cycle counting process through all areas of the facility
- Associate’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing
- Strong team‑oriented mindset
